AT120 specifications
Description
This AT120 Accu-Therm unit is the gasketed plate-and-frame configuration Mueller builds on the 120 plate. Plate dimensions are 104-1/2" by 36", ports are 6", and the pack length adjusts across 34-5/8" - 160-5/8" to place roughly 230 - 5,200 sq ft of surface into service. Figure about 7.8 square feet per plate and up to 1800 GPM on water. Compared with a shell and tube of the same duty, the plate pack occupies a fraction of the floor space and can be reconfigured by adding or removing plates rather than replacing the exchanger. Gaskets use the Glue-In method. Frame styles offered: B Frame - for larger units, plates hang from the upper guide bar; capacity to 900 plates.
