Note: the unit pictured is representative of the standard build and may not exactly depict p/n AT20P as shown on this page.
AT20P is the P-series plate configuration of the Mueller Accu-Therm AT20 frame. It is a distinct part from the base AT20: the frame and port geometry are shared, but the plate pressing is not, so a P plate and a base plate are not interchangeable in a pack and their gaskets differ. The P plate is Mueller's high-pressure pressing, listed in the Accu-Therm I&O manual plate-code table. It carries a deeper draw and heavier support pattern than the base plate, which raises the differential pressure the pack will hold at the cost of a slightly higher pressure drop. Frame geometry is unchanged - 56" by 24" plates on 3" ports, packs from 20" - 159-3/8", roughly 28 - 1,279 sq ft of surface at about 3.1 square feet per plate, and water flow to 450 GPM. Gaskets attach by the Loc-In method. Frame styles offered: C Frame - compact cantilever, for space-limited installations; F Frame - intermediate size, bolted head and tail plate; B Frame - for larger units, plates hang from the upper guide bar; capacity to 900 plates. If you are matching a nameplate, the series letter is part of the part number and needs to carry through to any plate or gasket order.
