Description
This AT250 Accu-Therm unit is the gasketed plate-and-frame configuration Mueller builds on the 250 plate. Plate dimensions are 134" by 57", ports are 16" / 20", and the pack length adjusts across 65" - 245" to place roughly 972 - 17,309 sq ft of surface into service. Figure about 27.5 square feet per plate and up to 17300 GPM on water. Compared with a shell and tube of the same duty, the plate pack occupies a fraction of the floor space and can be reconfigured by adding or removing plates rather than replacing the exchanger. Gaskets use the Clip-In method. Frame styles offered: B Frame - for larger units, plates hang from the upper guide bar; capacity to 900 plates.
