Description
AT10C-10 is the sanitary configuration of the Mueller Accu-Therm AT10 plate heat exchanger, built for product-contact service in dairy, food, beverage, and brewing plants. Mueller holds 3-A Sanitary Standards authorization for plate-type heat exchangers, and the unit is supplied with clamp-type sanitary ferrule connections, FDA and 3-A compliant NBR or EPDM gaskets, and a CIP-capable plate pack that also breaks down for inspection. The frame measures 37.1" by 10.9" with port centers at 27.1" and 4.6" and 2" ports, and it handles up to 200 GPM. Intermediate divider sections let a single frame carry regeneration, heating, and cooling stages in sequence, which is how HTST pasteurizers, wort coolers, and juice processing skids are typically configured. Plates are 316 stainless as standard, with titanium available for chloride-bearing product. Frame arrangement: C Frame, sanitary series.
