Mueller part number 9818464 is a complete replacement plate assembly - plate with gasket already installed - for the Accu-Therm AT-20 frame. The plate code is 20PH: AT-20 frame, and a horizontal corrugation. Mueller pairs two corrugation patterns in a single pack rather than using high-theta and low-theta plates, so an AT-20 pack is built from horizontal and vertical plates alternated to set the channel geometry, and a plate can be rotated 180 degrees to create a right- or left-hand part referenced to the port. Material is 316 SS at 0.5 mm with a EPDM High-Temp gasket, port configuration R1234, compliance High-Temp Industrial. When re-plating a pack, count the H and V plates separately off the old pack before ordering - substituting one pattern for the other changes both the duty and the pressure drop.
