Description
Cataloged as AT150, this Accu-Therm plate heat exchanger uses 109-3/8" tall by 34-1/2" wide pressed plates and 8" ports. The gasketed plate pack ranges from 50-3/4" - 176-3/4" in length, delivering approximately 300 - 7,000 sq ft of surface, and it unbolts for inspection and cleaning without cutting pipe. Per-plate surface runs near 11.0 square feet, and the unit handles water flows to about 3200 GPM. Plates are available in 304 or 316 stainless, titanium, and higher alloys; gaskets in NBR, EPDM, and high-temperature EPDM using Clip-In attachment. Frame options include B Frame - for larger units, plates hang from the upper guide bar; capacity to 900 plates. Typical duty is water-to-water HVAC, process cooling, heat recovery, and food and beverage service.
