Description
This AT10 Accu-Therm unit is the gasketed plate-and-frame configuration Mueller builds on the 10 plate. Plate dimensions are 37" by 14", ports are 2", and the pack length adjusts across 14-1/2" - 50-1/2" to place roughly 13 - 273 sq ft of surface into service. Figure about 1.56 square feet per plate and up to 200 GPM on water. Compared with a shell and tube of the same duty, the plate pack occupies a fraction of the floor space and can be reconfigured by adding or removing plates rather than replacing the exchanger. Gaskets use the Glue-In method. Frame styles offered: C Frame - compact cantilever, for space-limited installations; F Frame - intermediate size, bolted head and tail plate.
