Description
Cataloged as AT5, this Accu-Therm plate heat exchanger uses 31-1/8" tall by 7-1/2" wide pressed plates and 1" ports. The gasketed plate pack ranges from 12" - 30" in length, delivering approximately 18 - 70 sq ft of surface, and it unbolts for inspection and cleaning without cutting pipe. Per-plate surface runs near 0.6 square feet, and the unit handles water flows to about 80 GPM. Plates are available in 304 or 316 stainless, titanium, and higher alloys; gaskets in NBR, EPDM, and high-temperature EPDM using Glue-In attachment. Frame options include C Frame - compact cantilever, for space-limited installations. Typical duty is water-to-water HVAC, process cooling, heat recovery, and food and beverage service.
