Description
Cataloged as AT35, this Accu-Therm plate heat exchanger uses 52" tall by 13-1/2" wide pressed plates and 2" ports. The gasketed plate pack ranges from 20" - 100" in length, delivering approximately 30 - 600 sq ft of surface, and it unbolts for inspection and cleaning without cutting pipe. Per-plate surface runs near 2.2 square feet, and the unit handles water flows to about 200 GPM. Plates are available in 304 or 316 stainless, titanium, and higher alloys; gaskets in NBR, EPDM, and high-temperature EPDM using Glue-In attachment. Frame options include C Frame - compact cantilever, for space-limited installations; F Frame - intermediate size, bolted head and tail plate. Typical duty is water-to-water HVAC, process cooling, heat recovery, and food and beverage service.
