AT20-FRAME

The AT20 frame assembly is the structural half of a Mueller Accu-Therm plate heat exchanger: fixed head, movable follower, upper and lower guide bars, support column, and the compression bolt set that clamps the plate pack. End frames are SA-515-70 or SA-516-70 carbon steel with a corrosion-resistant paint finish, the plate hanger is 304 stainless, and compression bolts are zinc-plated SA-193-B7 with SA-194-2H nuts. Frame styles offered on this size are C Frame (Cantilever), F Frame (Intermediate), B Frame (Beam). Ports are 3", studded as standard and fully lineable, with lap-joint, weld-neck, sanitary ferrule, and Victaulic alternatives that can be mixed on one frame. Pack length adjusts across 20" - 159-3/8", so surface can be added later by extending the pack rather than replacing the exchanger. OSHA-approved plate pack shrouds are available in aluminum or stainless.
